Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During high-volume periods (like holidays or new launches), processing may take a little longer — but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We currently ship within Canada and the United States.

Estimated Delivery Times:

🇨🇦 Canada: 3–9 business days

🇺🇸 USA: 5–12 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or weather conditions.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $75 CAD within Canada.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey. If you do not receive a confirmation or shipment notification, please check your spam folder before contacting us at isvaracandles@gmail.com

Shipping Issues & Damaged Items

If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at Isvaracandles@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Iśvara Candles is not responsible for lost packages once they are picked up by the mail carrier. We do not control the shipping timeline after your package leaves our facility. Customers are responsible for tracking their packages, locating them, or contacting the mail carrier to file a claim.
Untracked sticker-mail orders are not eligible for tracking or refunds in the event of loss. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
